How many homes should I see before making an offer?

There's no magic number — some buyers know on the first, others tour a dozen. What matters is being clear on your must-haves and being ready to act when the right one appears, especially in a fast market.

There's no rule. I've had clients fall for the first home they walked into and others who needed to see fifteen to feel confident. Touring helps you calibrate what your budget really buys and what you truly care about.

What matters more than the count is clarity: knowing your must-haves versus nice-to-haves, and being pre-approved so you can move quickly when the right one shows up. In a fast market, hesitation can cost you the home. We'll get you ready so that when it's 'the one,' you can act with confidence rather than fear.
